Background

What inspired you to build Stronger Tomorrow Wellness?
Stronger Tomorrow grew out of a passion for helping executive women thrive in every dimension of their lives—professionally, personally, and in their wellbeing. After over 22 years in higher education, it became clear that women needed spaces where leadership, networking, and health could come together in a more intentional way.

What is unique about Stronger Tomorrow Wellness for executive women?
As a wellness expert, health educator, and networking leader, I integrate evidence-based health frameworks with real-world leadership and relationship-building skills tailored to executive women. There is a strong focus on creating psychologically safe, high-performance environments where corporate clients can grow their networking capacity, increase performance, and build meaningful professional relationships.

How would you describe your philosophy?
Our philosophy is that sustainable success comes from aligning energy with intention, wellbeing, and authentic relationships.

How does your work as an educator influence your approach to Stronger Tomorrow Wellness?
With more than two decades in higher education and human services, the approach is grounded in adult learning principles—meeting corporate clients where they are and helping them master professional relationship skills step by step that can be applied on the golf course.

Networking, Golf & Relationship Building

Do I need prior golf experience to participate in your golf-based programs or events?

No prior golf experience is required—many participants are beginners or returning players. Programs are designed to be welcoming, instructional, and confidence-building, regardless of where you are starting.

How do you support women who feel intimidated or excluded in traditional golf or networking spaces?
The aim is to create inclusive, psychologically safe environments where questions are encouraged and learning is celebrated. You receive coaching on both the technical basics and the unspoken norms, so you can show up with confidence, not hesitation.

How is networking integrated into your golf program?
Networking is treated as a strategic, values-aligned practice—not just collecting business cards. Corporate clients learn how to build mutually beneficial relationships, expand their circles of influence, and leverage curated events and experiences for authentic connection over a round of golf.

Why is golf part of your model?
We view golf as a “mega-wellness” and networking platform that brings together movement, mindset, and meaningful relationship building. It offers executive women a powerful, often overlooked space where deals are cultivated, mentors are found, and confidence grows with every round.

What makes golf a different kind of networking experience compared with typical events or conferences?
Golf offers extended time together, shared focus, and natural conversation breaks that deepen connection beyond small talk. Instead of quick exchanges, you build relationships through a shared experience, which often leads to more authentic and lasting professional ties.

How do you help clients turn on-course connections into long-term professional relationships?
Clients learn specific strategies for meaningful follow-up, value-based outreach, and ongoing touchpoints after the round. The focus is on creating win-win relationships, not transactional contacts.

How does golf help women leaders expand their networks and confidence?
On the course, conversation flows more naturally, opening doors to senior leaders, peers, and potential partners who might be harder to access in traditional settings. Golf allows for time to build connections and truly get to know each other. As women build skills and comfort on the course, their confidence and visibility in other leadership spaces naturally rise as well.

Wellness, Health & Personal Development

How do you integrate wellness into your programs?
Wellness is woven into every engagement, drawing on multidimensional models of health that include physical, emotional, social, and occupational wellbeing. Corporate clients explore realistic practices—such as movement, rest, boundaries, and stress management—that support their leadership and life goals.

What role does mental health and work-life balance play in your approach?
Mental and emotional health are treated as essential foundations for effective leadership, not “nice-to-haves.” Our programs help corporate clients create networking events that feel both inspired and relaxed, not drained or rehearsed.

How does your background in health education shape the wellness strategies you recommend?

My health education background ensures that wellness strategies are grounded in research, not trends. Recommendations focus on realistic, evidence-informed approaches, rather than rigid, all-or-nothing plans.

Professional Growth, Value & Long-Term Impact

What measurable results or transformations have corporate clients experienced?
Corporate clients often report increased confidence, expanded networks, promotions, stronger referral pipelines, and improved wellbeing as a result of their work together. Many also describe feeling clearer, more energized, and better equipped to lead authentically.

How will this program support my long-term personal and professional goals?
Our golf-networking-wellness program is designed not only to solve immediate challenges but to align your actions with a long-term vision for your career, health, and impact. You leave with tools, strategies, and relationships that continue to serve you well beyond the formal engagement.

How do you help corporate clients sustain progress after the program ends?
Corporate clients are supported in building repeatable habits, systems, and support structures—so their growth does not depend solely on sessions. Some also stay connected through our curated alumni-style membership program or annual industry-specific events.

What’s the ideal fit for companies participating in your program?
The best fit is a company that wants to enhance the capacity of their executive leaders who are client facing and value business referral partners. These are companies representing industries such as law, accounting, technology, consulting, commercial real estate, financial services, and energy. Their leaders are motivated, eager to deepen connections, and willing to step outside their comfort zone. This includes executive women who are ambitious, values-driven, and ready to lead who want to align success with wellbeing and meaningful relationships.
